Our Staff

Main Objectives of the Sto:Lo Nations Human Resources Development:

  1. Establish and maintaining the organizational capacity to develop, design, deliver and evaluate employment and training services;
  2. Increase the level of coordination among participating delivery agents and organizations;
  3. Allocate resources in a fair, equitable and consistent manner to ensure that the provision of training services to meet strategic annual objectives;
  4. Review and modifying services and delivery approaches to ensure relevancy and effectiveness;
  5. Ensure that adequate standards of accountability for resources and programs are maintained;
  6. Report to the communities in our service area;
  7. Report to funding sources;
  8. Identify and developing partnerships with Aboriginal Organizations, Training Institutions, Federal and Provincial Departments on relevant employment and training initiatives.
